SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped either the same day or the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

To provide the best possible delivery experience, we may share your contact details with our carrier partners. This allows them to send you delivery updates via SMS and/or email.

All structured hats are sent in boxes, while crushable hats and caps are sent in mail bags.

Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail Second Class Post, which typically takes 2–4 working days from dispatch. Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods.

If you have not received your parcel within 7 days of placing your order, please contact us at yorkshirecapcompany@gmail.com and we will investigate for you.

Return & Exchange Policy

Items must be returned to us at your own expense, along with their original packaging, within 2

weeks should you cancel your order. You must ensure that such items are packaged sufficiently to

prevent damage in transit. If items are delivered with damages we unfortunately won’t be able to

provide a refund as they haven’t been returned as the same standard as they were delivered.

 

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or

misdescribed.

 

We reserve the right to refuse replacements on any damaged items reported to us outside of

two working days.
